Introduction:
Our site is a showcase for our design business incorporating the different aspects of our trade, which are: Graphic Design, Printing, Website Design, Promotional Products and Signage. We have been in business for over 10 years and pride ourselves on our contributions to our local community and have won many awards on a local and national level.
Our website is relatively new, having been redesigned last November 2015, but seems to rate quite poorly on this website. I have looked in depth through aspects of our site that can be improved and have doneso where possible and have sought advice from other business experts who have suggested changes, which have had no impact. I would greatly appreciate any help in improving our rating as it would go along with our positive company attitude.
To summarise, the only issue that we can think of that might cause our negative rating would be the number of backlinks to our site, these are however all legitimate as every website we design has a tag on the bottom stating 'dynamite designs by www.dezynamite.com'.

Has privacy policy?
No: We have it formed as part of our terms of trade/terms of business which is available upon request. We can add if necessary

Has a way for users to contact site owners?
No: we have a contact form built into our homepage for quick and easy use

We have now added a privacy policy linked to the homepage of the website and have added additional security to the back-end, along with hiding our server technology's visibility.

Please help us increase our rating! Any comments/suggestions welcome.

As the website uses the DoubleClick tracking cookie there should be a pop-up or visible statement on the home page to alert visitors to the site's use of cookies in order to comply with EU law.

hxxp://ec.europa.eu/ipg/basics/legal/cookies/index_en.htm

If you can't create one of your own the following site can provide a cookie script:

hxxps://cookie-script.com/

Apart from that your website looks fine to me. It comes up clean on security checks and I can find no obvious sign of spamming.

I have rated Dezynamite.com as Trustworthy with a back-up comment.

I reviewed your website. It's safe to visit no malware. You have full contact details on the website both address & number I verified both and they are accurate. You use a few Trackers and collect some basic information from people when they fill out the contact form. Trackers are mentioned in the P.P. You also briefly mention what you do with the information you collect. . But I do have one issue with your privacy policy. Under the heading titled: How do we protect visitor information?
You state the following:
We do not use an SSL certificate
That's true. but then you add:
• We only provide articles and information. We never ask for personal or private information like email addresses, or credit card numbers.
This is a bit misleading because you do collect personal information such as Name, Email & Number, you collect it in your contact form, and the fact that you have Name & Email as *required fields* I would have to disagree with the truthfulness of that sentence. I deducted around 35 points for trust because you collect such info without SSL & you have an inaccurate PP. This issue isn't huge IMHO & besides this your site is ok. Bear in mind you still end up with a light green even after I deducted that many points. Please note this is my standard of rating. others might be stricter or more lenient. My scorecard comment summarizes these issues

We have implemented your suggested changes on the privacy policy, that was well spotted and we appreciate your feedback and taking the time to get back to us. The new policy is available to view here: hxxp://www.dezynamite.com/privacy-policy/

@ milliem - I have spoken to the web developer who is going to add the cookies scripting on the page later in the week, much appreciated folks!!
