Introduction:
Dear people of WOT,

For some weird reason, our website got marked as a scam. When we try to enter our website, with WOT installed in Chrome we get the following message: "This website appears on a third party blacklist". When we click the icon, it says it's based on community ratings, and our trustworthyness is very low. There are no comments available, and also third parties haven't provided any information. We don't know what caused this, since we are a trustworthy company based in the Netherlands, and in no way we scam our customers. We would like to remove this ugly rating from our website.

Thanks in advance for helping us out

We have been online for over 11 years, and we have absolutely no idea what caused this rating. PS: we have an English version of the website, so you can view it in English if you like.

A good rater also provides a comment as to why and that gives an idea what the problem(s) might be.
Here you can only guess and that's unfair.
I'll have a look at this a.s.a.p,

Thank you, Dutch Mountain, for looking into it! We felt it was unfair too. If there's any concerns about our website, we'd want to hear them, so we can improve! With just a rating without a comment we can't do much. We really hope you can help improve the rating.

I started with the safety check and found this :
The site is detected as malicious :
See : http://www.urlvoid.com/scan/1001tafelkleden.com/
If you dig deeper ( I did ) into the sources for additional information :
https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/1001tafelkleden.com
To be honest. I've never heard of "nGran" or seen that before in all the years I'm active on WOT : http://ngran.com/

The second source is familiar to me :
HpHost report : http://hosts-file.net/?s=1001tafelkleden.com
For that you can contact Steven ( WOT member Mystery FCM ) : https://www.mywot.com/en/user/24160
He's the owner of this service.

It seems to me you have some cleaning up to do....
Succes
Peter

BTW : Now it seems that perhaps the site is malicious, didn't visit that yet.
Let's see first what comes out of this.

First of all, thank you for your time to help us out!

On Steve's website I found out that we got an "FSA" rating, which is described as the following:
FSA - Sites engaged in the selling or distribution of bogus or fraudulent applications and/or provision of fraudulent services.
All sites engaged in the selling or distribution of bogus or fraudulent software (executable or otherwise), including sites engaged in the selling or otherwise, of fraudulent services and/or products. This classification also covers sites involved in the development, promotion or selling of, comments, likes, ratings, votes or sites variations thereof, on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, MyWot, Digg etc.
We don't sell anything related to that, we just sell tablecloths. Again, we have no idea what caused this rating. We will contact Peter for more information.

We're currently investigating possible security threats, and solving them immediately. Even though this "FSA" rating still doesn't make any sense, we figure that solving security threats is always a good thing to do.

Steven has removed our entry from his database, we will now proceed to contact nGran.

Succes.
Curious how that will work out.

BTW : I checked Virus Total in the mean time.
It seems some other member has asked for a fresh update today.
VT detects nothing, site CLEAN : https://www.virustotal.com/nl/url/7279f07e40b75c51ea87a7cc664b03e73eb96b2a903245f2d539bbe32b420f3b/analysis/

Unmask parasites also declares the site CLEAN : http://www.unmaskparasites.com/security-report/

Now that's immidiate action...........
maybe it sounds weird, but I hope you don't find a thing.

I did some deep digging and found a good report : http://zulu.zscaler.com/submission/show/a0441b60910d5e0f13c66fdf66575b28-1476734729

Remark : A server in Serbia.....
That wouldn't be my choice, to be honest.
Somewhat risky !
