There's no mention of Google Analytics in your privacy policy,

See: hxxps://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html - Paragraph 7.

As you use a web-based CMS (WordPress) on your website, it would be a good idea to add HTTPS in order to protect passwords and login cookies from interception. You appear to have (intercepted) HTTPS via Cloudflare, but it causes mixed content. I assume you don't have actual HTTPS on your server?
Not sure why the toolbar is showing to unauthenticated users (possible CDN issues?), and you seem to be having random database crashes (Failure to establish a database connection).

Im using a 000webhost free plan and it doesn't come with HTTPS and if i try to use HTTPS it will give me a security warning and the toolbar is showing up because its for registration and login and I am trying to find the reason of database crashes.

Edit: I may change hosting provider due to these issues.
