Hi

You say that you have over 30yrs experience, yet your website is only 1 yr old and I can't find your company at Companies House. Do you trade under different names?
Why is your Registrant info hidden?

Hi Shazza

I have been in the trade for over 20 years in India and in 10 years in UK. I have recently made this website. The registered company at companies house is TECHQURE UK LTD trading as iFixHeal

If you are enquiring about website registrant info, I guess that will be with Wix as I have my domain hosted with them.

Hope that answers your queries. If there is any more info required, I would be happy to provide.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you for the info. You should state your trading name on your website.
Do Wix know your site is a business site? Businesses should really list their addresses in Whois.

Hi
Yes Wix are aware its a business site. I contacted them and they said domain was registered as private and therefore registrant info on whois was hidden. I have changed it now to public so the info should be visible now. However, when I checked again myself now, it still doesn't show. Am not sure if it takes a while for info to appear.

Is the name by any chance "inspired" by the site known as iFixit?

Initially, I tried to trade as Cyberdyne systems ltd but it did not work out. The name was not reflecting repairs of mobile tablets and seemed focused on only computer systems. Besides, all local major mobile tablet repair businesses had already been established and are successful like ifixit or ifix or quickmobilefix etc. I was looking for a name which started with an 'i' coz thats the sense I got from my small customer base as they could relate it with an iPhone or iPad. (For most non-technical consumers, all mobile phones are iPhones and all tablets are iPads regardless of the manufacturer, sad but a reality)

Also I wanted a name which was available throughout all social media that I was interested in without having to tweak the name. After much consideration I decided on iFixHeal as I repair / fix not only Mobiles and Tablets but also laptops and desktop PC and provide software solutions, virus removal etc (heal) which is not what most of the businesses offer.
