Hi, I'm hoping for there to be some WordPress designers and those in real estate to help review our site. If you're a consumer that has ever looked for a house, we'd love your input too as you may have already used our tools on an agent's site.

My understanding is that you are selling proprietary code that commingles with the GPLv2+ copyleft license of WordPress?

You appear to be licensing the plugin on a per-site basis, which would appear to be in conflict with the WordPress GPL license.

Site-rater, I appreciate your comments. Can I ask what led you to believe we were commingling code?

We're a premium WordPress plugin that installs the same way all plugins do. It's free to install but to activate our service requires activating a monthly or annual plan to use. We provide real estate data feed for the local real estate boards around the country (not all of them but most of the large ones) and each of those have individual requirements for who can be approved to access their data, so we have to verify people with them when they sign up.

You are correct on licensing the data on a per-site basis. We are following all terms with WordPress with how we license the plugin. However, if there is something you see that would be helpful to call out or add to clarify, I'd love to hear your thoughts. You may see something that I do not.

I noticed on Friday that our whois information was set to private. It has been updated to show our actual office address and contact phone/email.
