Scorecard - hxxos://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/windowsreport.com
WindowsReport.com is an independent online publication that covers Microsoft’s Windows platform along with its many related products and services, all in the aim of contextualizing the wider implications of their development in the world of technology. We strive to provide important news, tips and various advice for PC owners.
WindowsReport is the result of consistent efforts to produce valuable content and offer real working solutions for Windows errors and related PC issues. We consider community feedback and strive to enhance our content in every aspect.
We would mostly appreciate site-ratings to reflect the value of our content, not a product that has been promoted by every other Windows related platform.
[Update] Reimage is not related to WindowsReport. Furthermore, as it's been suggested by our community, we also have stopped working with them, mainly because we care deeply about our reputation.
We find the scorecard unfair since 70% of the negative reviews posted on mywot.com are referring only to the bad reputation of Reimage Plus. Also, Reimage Plus is recommended on other websites that have a Safe! rating on mywot.com. Examples can be provided on demand.
We would like to underline that all recommendation made on our website are purely suggestions, thus no mandatory downloads or misleading tactics applied. Many users find automated solutions more convenient and time-saving. We provide all the solutions for the user to make an informed decision.

Re: Please evaluate website: https://windowsreport.com/
If you are continuing to advertise Reimage Plus there won't be much sympathy for you, as they are still considered a PuP by multiple vendors including Malwarebytes:

Note: Replace https with hxxps per forum rules to keep URLs from being "condensed."

The site owner has edited the original post in response to community members' comments. The change makes the discussion slightly difficult to follow.ronest106 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2019 12:09 pm[Update] Reimage is not related to WindowsReport. So, not ReImage Plus: _https://windowsreport.com/pc-wont-start-after-bios-update/
Re: Please evaluate website: https://windowsreport.com/
I'm not sure I understand why the change makes the discussion slightly difficult to follow.
The website has treated the site's reputation rating as customer feedback and taken action after listening to the community.

Re: Please evaluate website: https://windowsreport.com/
@ronest106 The advert for the product and company you "stopped working with" is still there on every article, even where it is not relevant.
Look at it like this;
You present a site with useful information and tips, but then you completely devalue all your work, if you are promoting software that means visitors do not need to read your posts.
If the software works then you don't need to write any tips on fixing things, because the users never need to come back anyway.
You do have articles demonstrating how to use the free versions of good quality software. Why not contact those companies for sponsor adverts ?
Do you want repeat visitors, or everyone to only visit once ?
Find a better product that compliments your site and adds value, not something that makes it pointless.

Re: Please evaluate website: https://windowsreport.com/
From the Malwarebytes screenshots:
"Restore missing or damaged DLL files"
I guess the site owner didn't fully vet the service, as aren't the only authorized sources for system DLLs the installation .wim (or equivalent media), the component store, and Windows Update?

With all due respect to your efforts of keeping the web safe, we would like to request [once again] to rate our website for its Main Content, not for the Advertisements/Monetization. This is a common webpage quality rating and we provided information about third-party services in our privacy policy[*]
The scorecard is affecting our reputation with false accusations, while our competitors and other websites that promote Reimage have the SAFE icon and 4.5 rating.
If it's permitted here, we can show screenshots to show exactly where #trusted sites present links to download this program.
Our website is not pushing any malware or adware, users can check the safety of the products/services that they are about to use and are free to decide what they are downloading. This is not a sign of Unsafety regarding any website - at least this is the real state of things on myWOT and the world wide web at the moment.
(It is our aim to remove all ads and provide our content for subscribers and we are working on it. Yet, so many people prefer to see ads instead of paying for a subscription and access the content without any recommendations and advertisements.)
*Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site.
