The purpose of submitting a site on WOT is to secure a rating. On the site's merits; based on those four categories pertaining to trust. However you choose to wrap it up, the OP was a blatantly self promotional ploy.

More and more of these ratings submissions appear to be nothing more than facile attempts to direct traffic at a given domain, and little to do with any misunderstanding as to forum etiquette.
