Halo Forum, why the low rating?

If you gave the correct domain:
- the domain record was last updated in 2004, and its status is "frozen",
- last rated on WOT on 2008/05/18 by exactly one WOT member who is now banned,
- site front page is gutted, so it's likely not trustworthy or reliable,
- but it's probably child safe since it appears to do nothing,
- the menu initiates fixed Google searches which I can do myself but won't,
what's not to luv?

If it's a typo, I searched for "halo-forum.net" and found nothing.

The board is offline anyway, so why ask about the low rating? Also it inherits the reputation of the main domain (net.tf), being a subdomain of that.
