24x7help.org <-should this really be green?

Post by jcamacho » Tue Sep 10, 2013 9:19 pm

24x7help.org = http://www.pcrx.com/ aka Crawler LLC aka Xacti.

Software installs as a service bundled with their software and pops up a little man with a headset on various windows to annoy you and let you know 24x7 Help is available with their toll free number. Uninstaller does not work.

Nod32 considers it a virus: ESET-NOD32 a variant of Win32/24x7Help.B 20130905

other av's dont flag it though.

There is something strange, the add-on reports it as yellow (with a low confidence), the scorecard says it is green.

I thing you should report this as an issue.
