My Company's Web Site

I have replied to most of you individually concerning the company's rating. The term "rogue pharmacy" is used to apply to all online pharmacies that are not members of the North American Board of Pharmacies. That means, we, who are a legitimate, honest company, providing NON-CONTROLLED health maintenance meds, get lumped in with companies selling hydrocodone and other narcotics, Chinese counterfeiters and spammers and out and out thieves. It is not right and it is not just. I am encouraging my real customers, who number in the thousands, to place comments on this site. And I would ask any of the obviously intelligent members of this community to re-evaluate their comments. If you have not actually done business with the company, is it fair to make any comment at all? it would seem to support the very integrity of the WOT to limit actual ratings to those who have real first-hand experience doing online business with the company. I think you would all have to admit, that, at this point, not one of the members in the community has made a purchase from the company.

TDP Technologies

This is a note from LegitScript. We don't normally chime in on these discussions, but I thought it would be helpful to clarify in this particular case. And, some of this information may be useful for future discussions about other, similar websites.

First, we firmly stand behind our designation of as a rogue Internet pharmacy. There are six primary reasons for this.

First, we have, in the past, acquired prescription drugs from this "pharmacy" without a prescription. is on record as offering prescription drugs without requiring a prescription, and we have acquired prescription drugs without a prescription from TDP Technologies. Second, the drugs were imported into the US in violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (more on that below), meaning that the drugs are not "FDA-approved" and are thus not legal. The same would be true if imported into Canada, Europe or most other jurisdictions (not lawfully imported there). Third, TDP Technologies ( is not licensed in any one of the jurisdictions in which it sells drugs in the US, Canada or elsewhere (other than India, we suppose). By law in all 50 states, a dispensing pharmacy MUST be licensed in that jurisdiction or be granted reciprocity. Fourth, the website sells products that are a) not approved for sale in the US or elsewhere, such as generic versions of patented products.

Fifth, in the past, we've conducted test buys from rogue affiliate networks such as Rx-Partners, a well-known Russian-led affiliate pharmacy network. On at least one of those occasions, that criminal affiliate network utilized TDPTechnologies to fill the order. Sixth, on that occasion, although we did not conduct the test buy on anybody else's behalf, we subsequently had occasion to present the drug to the manufacturer. It was confirmed to not be the genuine product.

Look, there's a lot of talk about how LegitScript was created by the drug companies, supposedly to keep prices high. That’s a false and nonsensical allegation, and it has been disseminated by individuals with a financial interest in illegal online drug sales. LegitScript was created by its staff (mainly founder), 100% from their own savings and investment. It is not owned by or funded by any pharmaceutical company or any third party at all, and never has been. It may come as a surprise to people willing to sell prescription drugs without a prescription, but some people actually do something because they believe in it.

There’s also a falsehood being circulated, as with BGoldman's comment above, that unless you are in the US, you are “rogue” in LegitScript’s database. That’s not correct. There are numerous legitimate Internet pharmacies in other countries. These websites are NOT listed as rogue or even unapproved in our database. However, to be legitimate, a pharmacy must respect the laws of any place where it does business. Importing prescription drugs is illegal in Canada, the US, and various other places around the world. Just because a pharmacy is licensed in Argentina doesn’t mean that it has carte blanche authority to ship anywhere they want: it has to adhere to the laws of anywhere it dispenses prescription drugs to, and if doing so is prohibited in a particular country, we expect pharmacies to adhere to those laws. Thus, if an otherwise-legitimate US-based pharmacy illegally ships prescription drugs to Japan, then the US pharmacy would be violating Japanese law, and it would be “rogue” in our database. Similarly, if a German, Turkish or Sri Lankan (etc.) Internet pharmacy is shipping within jurisdictions where doing so is permitted, and adhering to those laws, but not violating other countries’ laws, then we don’t declare them “rogue” or even “unapproved,” and they may well be legitimate. The question isn't where it's located; the question is whether it adheres to the laws and regulations its supposed to follow.

From a safety perspective, this isn’t a difficult conceptual point: if a pharmacy is willing to cut corners by violating various laws and regulations; selling drugs without a valid prescription; doing business with affiliate networks like Rx-Partners/Stimul-Cash; and shipping drugs where doing so is prohibited; then patients have every right to question whether they will cut corners with safety as well.

LegitScript stands behind its designation of as a rogue Internet pharmacy, based on sales of prescription drugs without a prescription; lack of required pharmacy licenses in jurisdictions where the drugs are dispensed; sale of unregulated, unapproved and non-genuine products; and affiliation with known illicit affiliate pharmacy networks such as Rx-Partners/Stimul-Cash.

What are TDPTechnologies?

Generally, counterfeit pharmacy products what are composed to? Active principles not approved in such quantities? Dangerous mixture with inorganic carcinogen elements? Radioactive elements?

I'm really interessed on this topic and, in particular, on the answer written by LegitScript, due to the fact that in Italy these issues are not considered at all. To be honest, in the past I used to work with some people that systematically bought fake cialis/viagra products found on spam ads.
I'm going to prepare a whitepaper and publish it on my website about this topic, because is a sort of malicious usage of the net that could potentially cause deaths and severe health issues.
