The founder is Mike Adams, who owns several Questionable websites such as Natural News and News Target. Snopes.News is a part of the Natural News Network. This website lacks transparency and does not disclose ownership.

Mike Adams is known as the Health Ranger according to Rationalwiki, however, they point out dozens of cases where his claims are false. Besides promoting pseudoscience, Snopes.News is an extreme right-wing biased source that frequently promotes false or misleading information regarding vaccines, alternative health, and government conspiracies.
In general, politically, all Mike Adam’s stories favor the right and promote pseudoscience such as chemtrails, the Sandy Hook shooting being a false flag: Sandy Hook was theater! Actor who played law enforcement sniper was recorded walking around carrying rifle by the magazine. Further, they routinely publish anti-vaccination propaganda and conspiracy theories. Lastly, this source denies the consensus on climate change without evidence, as seen here: Climate change cultists are now taking over your local weather forecast.

There is the frequent use of outrage that denigrates the left such as this: Ocasio-Cortez and Democrats Unveil New Scheme and Did Obama Commit Treason? On the other hand, they often praise the right and in particular former President Donald Trump such as this: Here’s How Trump Has Improved International Standing. All of the stories listed above and the others reviewed lacked hyperlinked sourcing.

Rumble lacks transparency as they do not clearly disclose ownership, however, they are owned by Rumble, Inc based in Toronto, Canada. Conservative Pundit Dan Bongino bought an equity stake in the company in 2020. . . Rumble is a video upload and streaming service that feature a wide range of videos. However, over the course of 2020, the video service began featuring more and more right biased content. Some of their featured video channels include author Dinesh D’Souza, Charlie Kirk, OANN, Sean Hannity, Newsmax, and of course Dan Bongino. While many of the videos featured are non-political such as cute animal videos, the majority of news videos are far-right biased and some from conspiracy sources such as X22 Reports and Steve Bannon’s War Room.

Rumble is one of several upstart social media platforms that pro-Trump users are flocking to, in part because they offer a more hospitable alternative reality. For years now, some conservative pundits have called on their supporters to decamp from mainstream social networks to newer websites with looser moderation standards. None of the options has taken off—except, sometimes, with far-right trolls and neo-Nazis. . . . Rumble, an alternative to YouTube, has been seeing similar gains from the election. Rumble is certainly a small fish compared with the Google-owned video platform and its 2 billion users, but Fortune reports that the site currently has 80 million users, up from 40 million in August. Perhaps more revealingly, streaming on Rumble, as measured by bandwidth use, has increased 26-fold in that timespan. . . By the end of November, though, YouTube had temporarily suspended and demonetized OANN after it promoted phony COVID-19 cures. This was a bridge too far for OANN, which ultimately migrated to Rumble. (YouTube also announced this past Wednesday, a day after the safe-harbor deadline for Congress to officially recognize votes from states’ chosen electors, that it would start removing any content that “misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.”)

At the center of Rumble’s growth is Dan Bongino, an author and one of Fox News’ die-hard pro-Trump contributors, who partly made the switch to Rumble because YouTube had been demonetizing his videos. Bongino purchased stakes in both Parler and Rumble several months before the election and has been urging his fans to join the two sites. A quick survey comparing Bongino’s YouTube videos and his Rumble videos, however, suggests that there isn’t a whole lot of difference between what he posts on the two platforms. However, he has a few thousand more subscribers on Rumble, and many of his videos there attract more viewers than they do on YouTube. The same is true for D’Souza and the Federalist.

In terms of the user experience, Rumble is basically the same as YouTube and other major video-sharing platforms. In terms of moderation, though, Rumble is certainly more permissive with fallacious videos. Simply searching “vaccine” or “vaccine autism” surfaces numerous examples of videos pushing anti-vaccine misinformation about the new coronavirus vaccines. Searching “stop the steal,” a popular slogan among Trump’s supporters who advance the false theory that voter fraud affected the outcome of the election, also turns up numerous videos with spurious claims of manipulated voting machines and “deep state” interference. Content promoting QAnon, the conspiracy theory that pedophiles control the Democratic Party and other major institutions, also seems to do well on Rumble; YouTube cracked down on QAnon in October.

Example of False Election Claim: Nov. 4, 2020 article that claimed that ballot counting was “suddenly shut down” in swing states including Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona, because authorities needed “time alone with the ballots, away from prying eyes, so that what they bring forth would coincidentally of course, be a slew of all Biden ballots in every single case.” The article continued, “The counting suddenly shut down. Arizona went down a suspicious 90 minutes before the announcement that the state had flipped to Biden.… In Pennsylvania’s case, they were caught on record as saying they wanted to keep the observers out.”

The Facts: Approximately 90 minutes after polls closed in Arizona, Fox News called the state for former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden. There is no evidence that counting “went down” or stopped after polls closed in the state.
To back its claim that Pennsylvania “wanted to keep observers out,” AmericanThinker.com cited a Nov. 3 tweet by Stephen Moore, a conservative commentator. Referring to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, which includes the Democratic city of Pittsburgh, Moore tweeted: “Election officials blocking observation of absentee ballot processing. One official at site allegedly boasts that system is designed to block ballot observation. Source says observers fear integrity is compromise [sic].” In response to this tweet, Allegheny County tweeted: “No one is being blocked from anything and no one has reported anything or raised any concerns at the site.”

Although many swing states did not finish counting ballots on Election Night, with some pausing their counts, there is no evidence that ballot counting in any swing state was “suddenly shut down,” or that states paused their counting to have “time alone” with ballots to make sure they went to Biden, as AmericanThinker.com claimed.

Ballot counting stopped in North Carolina on Election Night “because there were no more votes to count at that time,” North Carolina State Board of Elections Executive Director Karen Brinson Bell said at a press conference on Nov. 4, 2020. As of Nov. 4, 2020, there were 116,200 absentee ballots that had been requested, but had not yet been received by the North Carolina State Board of Elections, according to the board’s website. Absentee ballots that are received by Nov. 12 will still be counted, according to the Board of Elections.

Some counties in other swing states did pause their ballot counts on Election Night. For example, Fulton County, Georgia, suspended its absentee ballot count for four hours after a pipe burst where the count was taking place, according to multiple press reports. Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, suspended its mail-in voter count overnight on Nov. 3, 2020, to give workers time to rest, according to KDKA-TV, a CBS affiliate station in Pittsburgh.

For example, they promote anti-vaccination propaganda, chemtrails, false flags, anti-climate change info, and the right-wing Clinton Body count conspiracies. In general, Before It’s News is one of the most discredited sources on the internet that promotes pseudoscience and right-wing conspiracy theories. They are also on Politifact’s fake news list. Finally, during the Coronavirus outbreak, they frequently promoted false and misleading information.

Example of False Election Claim: Nov. 4, 2020, article, republished from GellerReport.com, that claimed that Wisconsin had more votes cast in the 2020 presidential election than the state’s total number of registered voters. “This is direct evidence of fraud,” the site stated.

The Facts: The story claimed that Wisconsin had 3.1 million registered voters, which fact-checking website Snopes reported to be an outdated statistic from the 2018 midterm elections. According to the Wisconsin Election Commission, the state had 3.6 million active registered voters as of Nov. 1, 2020. As of 1 p.m. eastern time on Nov. 4, one hour after the BeforeItsNews.com was posted, 3.2 million votes had been cast in the state.
