Spraydiesels.top Scam?

My husband ordered a carport from this site about 8 months ago. I wasn't aware it had been so long since he ordered the item but, he has yet to receive anything. I have tried several different browsers to get back to the site with no success. Spraydiesels.top I have tried researching and can not find any information to contact anyone associated with the site. Can anyone help please?
