centralhacker.com "Considered a trusted site by WOT"

The WoT scorecard for centralhacker.com contains three pages of advertisements by hackers, including their contact information (e.g., email addresses).

On 9-May-2020, I notified support@mywot.com about all of the spam on that scorecard and received a reply saying the dev. team would look into the matter. Whilst I see no additional spam since I notified WoT, I think that all of the existing advertisements should be removed, along with all of the spammers' ratings for the site.

Admin don't seem interested in removing scorecard spam or dealing with manipulation.
They still haven't removed spam comments from the blog, that were reported months ago.

The comments are still showing, and site is still 'considered as safe by Wot', but the rating is dropping slowly.
In the past, spam / abusive comments were removed immediately. Why does it take so long now?
