Facebook refusing to remove Fake / Offensive Accounts

I reported several related Fake Facebook accounts recently, but Facebook are ignoring me.
They obviously think having fake accounts for dead or missing children is OK.

This page is not funny, it's disgusting whatever people believe happened to this child - facebook.com/madeline.mccann.75286.
The account has 'friends' who are clearly not the Soap Opera characters they claim to be.
