Many browsers are not compatible (fully compatible) with myWOT.com; so far I know of three browsers that may work with myWOT.com on Android 2.2

Could you please add in the scorecard comments, the selected items and if the rating was submitted with the MRT. I had a quick look to the comments and it can be done without breaking the current layout:

Yes, this is a broken feature that we're aware of. A dev ticket has been opened for this.
