I'm happy to see that the WoT FAQ is available again. Interested readers may notice some new topics in the FAQ.

This is an excellent opportunity for us to mention that if anyone encounters an article that they believe isn't informative enough or requires a touchup - we are all ears!

I don't see how putting self-service pages on Zendesk helps, unless this statement is intended to be an advertisement for Zendesk.
