Using a translator such as translate.google.com is cumbersome

I find no Terms of Use / Service or a Privacy Policy in the page footer, though a privacy policy appears to have been offered in the OP
The registration page: hXXp://pronline.ru/Registration.aspx
requests user information:
Name (first)
Surname (last)
Company
Phone
Password / confirm PW
This is collecting PII / Personally Identifiable Information when requiring name (especially separated in first/last fields), phone number, and an email address - not to mention user IP (server logs) and the information obtainable from browser environment variables
Requesting this data is fine for a registration, but it should be transferred securely over HTTPS
pronline.ru does not have an SSL Certificate = look
Domain was created back in August of 2000
There is no evidence of Phishing history - CleanMX
In 2009 there is a plethora of recorded incidents concerning malware, but these are isolated to the year 2009 and all are closed (dead) - CleanMX
Anyone who offered poor ratings concerning malware should delete their ratings and remove thier comment - even the scorecard shows removal of trusted sources with the notice:
Previous blacklisting by a trusted source may still affect this site's reputation. Leave your rating to remedy this.
In my opinion the site is clean concerning threats - no malware example SafeBrowsing report
However, I could not offer ratings for a site which does not [yet?] ensure privacy for their clients (no SSL) and does not visibly link to a Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in all page footers. - legal documents that not only appease the visitor, but protects the site / domain owner(s) as well.
COOKIES:
visiting: hXXp://pronline.ru/
domain drops cookies
but more importantly there is an enormous amount of 3rd-party domains which drop cookies as well.
For a cookie to be added to my cache, I must visit the site, whether I intend to or not.
In this case, there is an extreme amount of HTTP requests being made "on my behalf" by pronline.ru - NOT acceptable.

The privacy policy linked in the OP:
Code: Select all
pronline.ru/page.aspx?pageid=66
I decline to rate.
I feel the site should limit cookies to self
an SSL Cert should be acquired for registration / member login / account pages
OR a simple user name / email / password form to create a basic account. - as with most forums for example.
just my opinion...
