Apparently some issues with the MRT have been fixed:
1. Using !Domain at comments is now available.
2. The form doesn't delete after SUBMIT.
3. The users can separate URL's with commas, spaces or by clicking enter.
I have not tested the MRT to confirm this.
1. I haven't tested "!domain".
2. Confirmed *.
3. Confirmed. "Clicking enter" (is that even a thing?) = newline = CRLF, so:
_. domain1
_. domain2
_. etc

* Notes:

The <textarea> tag containing the list of hostnames is also not cleared unless #hostnames <3. It might be cleared if #hostnames >99, except that the form tends to fail above 99 hostnames. After some discussion with Staff, I sent them a series of tests which indicate that the page will not descend into a lasting error state if #hostnames is kept to <100 per execution within the same browser session. Also, (not certain about this) it may help to ensure the last domain in the list is followed by a delimiter (comma, space, or newline / empty line).

Tentatively, it appears that the subroutine that removes processed domains from the hostname list - stepwise in lots of 100 or less - has been dinged. It could be that this is why they opted for clearing the entire MRT form. Currently, when #hostnames hits 100, the page acquires an error that persists in hidden user data between browser sessions (so sign out, clear mywot.com history & cookies, restart browser, sign in, etc).

Clarifying... "by pressing ENTER" is what is meant.
On my QWERTY keyboard, the key that produces a new line is labelled ENTER.

Otherwise your responses are gratifying. I have tested the reinstatement of the !domain variable exhaustively and it is now functioning again.

No - literally, I was making fun of the instruction in the MRT form. No matter how I position the mouse, I am unable to click Enter.

Something went wrong. Please try again later

After submitting many (less than 200) on MRT in less than 100 at a time, the red pop-up appears

Something went wrong. Please try again later

After 7 minutes it accepted new submission.

It would seem that the work queuing mechanism is too short.

MRT still isn't available to me.

Maybe try to "jump-start" it? https://forum.mywot.com/support-f6/problems-with-the-website-t59162-s150.html#p267670

I've tried to use the MRT since it was allegedly fixed - what a disaster!
It threw up an assortment of errors, and took ages.
It gave random ratings, some of which are way too high for scams / malware / phishing or no rating at all. MRT ratings should carry the same weight as individual ratings - this appears to have been altered so that they carry less weight now.
It dropped sites from my list.
I want to remove these false ratings, but I will have to do them individually as the option to remove mass ratings is still missing.

Links to users' ratings are still missing.
Links to users' scorecard comments are still dead.
Link to community page is still missing, as is much of the info on this page.
Link for finding users on rating site is still missing.
Blog is still full of spam.
Russian translations are still missing.

Support is still awol.

Problem definition

Post by MarkGiles » Mon Feb 25, 2019 12:41 am

Though I sympathize with your frustration, I have difficulty understanding your definitions of the problems.

When defining a list of problems it helps to number them, e.g.
1. Links to ratings missing
2. Links to scorecards are dead
etc.

Then for each numbered problem, provide the data required so that the problem handler can reproduce the problem
e.g.
1. Links to ratings missing - from "this URL" click on "this link" etc

Give examples wherever possible - e.g. "It gave random ratings, some of which are way too high for scams / malware / phishing or no rating at all."

If the problem handler can not readily understand the problem reporter's definitions, then there is a barrier to being able to address them.

"I want to remove these false ratings, but I will have to do them individually as the option to remove mass ratings is still missing."

That is annoying. I have found that the only way to address that is to do a mass rating which replaces the previous wrong ones. Unfortunately that is not always possible. Being able to do a MRT that simply removes your previous ratings would be far better. This was previously possible, but disappeared in the last "upgrade"

Previously on profiles there was an option to view your ratings https://www.mywot.com/en/user/108271/ratings (using my user number)

Image

'My Ratings' displayed a list of all the sites I'd rated with links to the relevant scorecards.

Image

There was also an option to view my scorecard comments and those of other users, with links to the comments on the scorecards. https://www.mywot.com/en/user/108271/comments
(comments have been hidden in this image)

Image

Now https://www.mywot.com/en/user/108271/comments redirects to https://www.mywot.com/en/user/108271/ratings
The displayed list is not a list of my ratings, it's only a list of my scorecard comments. There doesn't seem to be any way to view my ratings if I didn't leave a comment.

Image

The sites in this 'My Ratings' list do not have links to the scorecard comments.
