When I try to access the mass-rating tool MRT
it redirects to a list of my recent ratings

I can not perform bulk ratings at all.
Hey All,
The MRT is currently under maintenance and it might cause minor interruptions felt while using it. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused and we're doing our best to make the process as seamless as possible. We'll let you know when it fixed.

In the meantime, please keep updating us upon any anomalies you experience.

Are you no longer updating "my points" on the user scorecards? I know it's been flaky for years now with the occasional bump when you presumably 'fixed' something but I don't think mine has shifted this year and I appreciate at higher levels the increase is slow, in my case the increase has been no! Benzyl user number 4603152 and I appreciate that it's not that important but it's all I get from this site and if you can't be bothered why should I?

Mass Rating performance failure.

Post by MarkGiles » Tue Oct 08, 2019 12:44 am

Previously reported in July 2019. This problem has not been resolved.

MRT still fails above 100 domains per session per 7-10 minutes.
@MyWOT-Team - That's also in the Wiki/MRT.
Refer to ... limitation
Submit limitation
Submits are limited to 100 per 10 minutes. With each submission allowing up to 100 domains, you are limited to 10,000 domains per 10 minutes. This limitation is in place to stop a malfunctioning add-on or a bot from causing excessive server load.
The current MRT limit on submission rate is set less than 200 updates (100 URLs/domains) per several minutes.

First thing this morning I submitted one MRT request for 100 domains. It was accepted.
I then submitted my next 100
"Something went wrong, please try again later"

Sometimes it will take two submissions in quick succession, but never 3 submissions of 100.

Mass Rating fails to apply reputations

Post by MarkGiles » Tue Oct 08, 2019 1:11 am

This problem was reported in May 2019 but there has been no solution.

"Reputation rating"
"All domain entries that are mass rated will be given the same reputation rating that you select in this section of the mass rating tool. It is exactly the same as making selections on either the Scorecard or within the Rating window."
Comments provided in the Mass Rating Tool are being applied.
Reputation ratings are being ignored.

If the same sites are rated using the Scorecard or within the Rating window the reputation ratings are immediately applied.

This is not a timing delay issue. The reputation ratings are still not applied weeks or even months later.

ACTION: The Mass Rating Tool needs to apply the reputation categories.
